Pros:Price, for $25 you don't even expect the card to work.Comes with every connection cable you need to hook up tp anycomputer or television, DVI, VGA, Composite, and Component. As somebody had previously mention. For $25, just for the cables you are kind of getting the card for free.I can finally display Media center edtion on my TV for cheap.Cons:Added 15 to 20 watts of power consumption to my HP PC.I could not get the component to output to a standardTV. The screen would flicker and would not display.I'm not saying it can't, I just couldn't figure it out.As soon as I installed the Composite cable, I had a betterthan expected picture on my Standard TV.Overall Review:I did not buy this card for games. This card replaced my on board graphics 6150LE. The card works, I don't understand why others are having problems. This purchase was exclusively for an HTPC, I needed TV output for standard cable, and playing dvds.

I wanted to eliminate the need for my Xbox 360 being on, for watching Dvds and watching Tv shows. If thats all you are looking for this is a good deal. Pros:I'm giving it a five star rating due to the cost + free shipping terms (at the time of purchase), and the items and features that come with the package - HDTV, S-Video, Composite cables, DVI adapter, an ample tiny quiet fan, and the whopping 256mb of DDR1 on a PCI-eX. Beats my FX-5700 on stress tests, and rivals my ATI 9600 AGP Pro AIW (128mb) in video rendering (Sony Vegas Pro 7). Just try buying the cables & adapter that come with it individually and see how it adds up - its like getting this 256mb PCI-eX card free.Cons:The ATI Catalyst Drivers and softwares (ATI Parental Control & Hydravision) that come with the package can actually slow down this video card.

I tested it on high end games and found that the frame rates and other analysis tools actually went up 20% + when I used the WDM drivers only, compared with the Catalyst Drivers set with conservative & high standards (which I noticed by the way are getting low approvals lately -What's up ATI?)Overall Review:Just use the WDM basic drivers and let XP manage everything.
